Booklad, my Book Blog, is back up and running again

Finally found some time over the holiday weekend to update and clean up my book blog, Booklad.  I started it several years ago, but got side-tracked writing for renderosity and forgot it about if for a year or so, although it was always in the back of my mind. I wanted to keep the book-related writing separate from my main rgrove.com site since it’s primarily focused on animation and my acting work.

I’ve added a new Blogger template (Point Space by Klodian) and fixed all of the old posts transferred from the original LiveJournal Booklad. The main goal was to make the site simple and very readable. I’ve got a backlog of posts to make on literally dozens of books I’ve written about but have never posted.  Just added a short post on the Antique Book-trade Labels site Sevenroads.org (a wonderful site by the way). And I’ll be posting regularly on Books and on Bookselling at the Iliad Bookshop where I work. You’ll also find the occasional audio blog where I’ll be either reading aloud an interesting work in the public domain or commenting on contemporary book culture.
